What began as a solo practice in Antalya in 2018 has grown into a multilingual team of attorneys serving clients from over 40 countries. In 2022, attorneys İsmail Cem Özkan and Oğuzhan Bozyel joined as partners — and the firm became Yilmaz Attorneys. By 2023, we had extended our reach to Ankara. In 2025, attorney Büşra Nişancı joined the team and we opened our European presence in the Netherlands — reinforcing our commitment to serving clients wherever they are.

Yilmaz Attorneys was founded in 2018 in Antalya with a clear purpose: to provide international clients with the same calibre of legal representation in Türkiye that they would expect in their home jurisdictions. 2018
Founded as Yilmaz & Associates
Attorney Mert Veysel Yilmaz established the firm in Antalya with a focused mission: to provide international clients in Türkiye with legal representation built on transparency, preparation, and integrity. From day one, the firm prioritised clear communication and predictable fees — setting it apart in a market where foreign clients were often underserved.
2022
Yilmaz Attorneys is born
Attorneys İsmail Cem Özkan and Oğuzhan Bozyel joined as partners, bringing deep expertise in litigation and corporate law. The firm was rebranded as Yilmaz Attorneys, reflecting its expanded capacity and growing reputation among international clients seeking reliable Turkish legal counsel.
2023
Ankara presence
Recognising the need to serve clients with matters before government ministries, regulatory bodies, and courts in the capital, the firm extended its reach to Ankara — ensuring seamless representation across Türkiye's two major legal centres.
2025
European expansion
Attorney Büşra Nişancı joined the team, and the firm opened its European office in the Netherlands. The Ankara office transitioned to a contact location with services delivered through a trusted local partner, while the Netherlands presence reinforced the firm's commitment to serving clients across borders.
